An adapted and very operational policy
Committed since 2004 to the constant development of its CSR policy through its membership of the United Nations Global Compact, Consort Group supports each of its locations in the development of a CSR policy adapted to local needs and current events around the Social, Societal and Environmental dimensions.
Each year, the Portugal team brings together a panel of its employees to discuss three themes: conviviality, solidarity and the environment.
Their objective: an adapted and very operational policy, built around a participative management.
Charity events
Since the beginning of 2022, Consort Portugal has participated in many solidarity events.
Last April, our structure collected donations for ACISJF, a local association that helps the poorest people in Porto. During one week our team collected donations on site and at the end of April they physically handed over the donations to the association. 25 packets of pasta, 10 liters of oil, 17 packets of rice, 23 cans of tuna were redistributed but also fruits, vegetables, sugar, flour…
This summer, our team from Consort Portugal did it again. Concerned about the planet and the devastating impact of plastic in the oceans, they put their hands to work (with sand…) by collecting up to 400 liters of waste that invaded the beaches of Porto.
Also concerned about animal welfare, Consort employees worked with the Midas association to collect basic foodstuffs for animals.
Other charity events will be held between now and the end of 2022, including Pink October and Movember (blue November).
Digital responsibility does not stop at technology… We salute the very active commitment of our teams in Portugal!
