Consort provides employment support for retraining workers
Consort Group supports, prepares and trains future employees to enter technical and growth-oriented professions through the Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) scheme.
Candidates can benefit from 399 hours of training to acquire the skills they need to enter the workforce.
Consort supports several associations
Every year, Consort Group gets involved with different associations, either directly or by organizing challenges with its employees to increase their awareness on specific issues :
- Princesse Margot : support and help children with cancer as well as their families to get through the illness
- Become Tech : promote young women in the digital field
- Handicap International : Help vulnerable populations, and especially disabled people.
Consort supports younger generations
Since 2023, Consort Group sponsors and supports the elite sports section of the INSA engineering school in Lyon. This partnership highlights the importance of education and sports development by providing financial resources, scholarships and internships to support athletes. Aiming to help them achieve their dual sporting and professional ambitions.
Moreover, a personalized sponsorship program has been set up for a student at a business school in the French Hauts de France region, enabling him to pursue both his studies and his sporting career.
Consort highlights and develops local initiatives
Consort Group history is linked with entrepreunarial mindset and gives an important place to local initiatives and territorial roots. Every agency in the different regions or countries develops various initiatives which are part of wider international commitment policy. Here aree xemples of initiatives put in place around different objects.
- Hospitals and sick children: Consorts cares about hospitalized children. Every Christmas, it offers gifts, and offer employees to do so, to health establishments such as Hôpital Necker or Hôpital de Castres.
- Artists’ support: Consort Group asked a French artist from Toulouse to decorate the new service center workplace which opened its doors in the first half of 2024. The intervention of this artist called Alain Ogg aka “OggO, is an example of regional culture support.
- Support to communities: In order to support Marocco needy families in Marocco after the earthquake that shook Al Haouz and Taroudant in 2023, a dedicated food drive has been organized. It provided over 300 meals to these families in need. In Portugal, Consort supported a food and clothing drive with Associação Católica Internacional ao Serviço da Juventude Feminina do Porto (ACISJF-Porto).
- Animal welfare : Consort Portugal partnered with a Portuguese association called Midas which supports animal welfare. It mainly aims at welcoming, caring for and transporting animals for adoption, particularly dogs and cats.
- Fight against digital isolation :

- “Fraternibus”: Under the initiative of one of Consort’s employees, a sponsorship project was launched to support a French association initiative called “Fraternibus”. This project led by Secours Catholique d’Eure-et-Loir aims to fight digital isolation. It also contributes to the donation of essential goods.
- “Ensemble, engagés” (=“Committed together”) is the name of a skills sponsorship project in Toulouse. Thanks to the talent of our employees, we helped a couple of associations and EPHADs* such as Croix Rouge, Proxité, Mission locale**, etc., to help them raise awareness on topics such as responsible digital use and cybersecurity. We also helped them in providing basic training for the us of office applications.
*EHPAD is a French acronym which means “Establishments for disabled older persons”
