Consort Group finalizes CSR report for 2024

The CSR Report in substance

Ambitions, policies and operating results

🎯 Consort Group’s CSR report opens with an inspiring speech by our CEO, Jason Guez, and Managing Director, Elie Cohen, underlining the management’s strategic involvement.

Growing Up Sustainably presents the Group’s objectives, workstreams, actions and choices in terms of governance, social, societal and environmental policies, such as digital responsibility and our actions in the area of information security.

This CSR report presents the company’s business model and highlights the shared value created as well as company’s impact on social, societal and environmental issues.

Each priority area is developed through an action plan. Our priorities include :

– Ethics and sustainable procurement,

– Equal opportunities,

– Inclusion,

– Health and well-being at work,

– Territorial solidarity,

– Reduction of environmental footprint,

– Information systems security/cybersecurity and data protection

These projects are in line with the guiding principles defined by major international organizations, and are linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations, for which Consort Group has signed up to UN the Global Compact.

The actions put in place by the Group are the common thread running through Consort’s CSR Report.

A three-year action plan focusing on Green IT, one of the Group’s priority areas, has been deployed, leading notably to sign the Green IT Charter with the French “Institut du Numérique Responsable.” 💻

In terms of local development, the Group supports the solidarity and environmental initiatives of its local teams. It also encourages partnerships with local SMEs and structures which favour the employment of disables people.

A number of partnerships have also been forged with associations, schools and hospitals, at both national and local level. These partnerships are in line with causes supported by Consort such as cancer, inclusion and disability, fight against isolation, the integration of people in retraining, helping people back into employment,…

We have also set up a table of indicators with exhaustive and precise information verified by an independent body.
