Inclusion : a commitment written in Consort's DNA
Since its creation in 1992, Consort Group has defended an inclusive vision in which diversity, equal opportunity and respect for individuality are essential pillars. This commitment is reflected on a daily basis :
– Open and diversified recruitment, valuing the skills of all profiles.
– Individualized support, adapted to the specific needs of employees, especially those with disabilities.
– Responsible partnerships, favouring suppliers aligned with our values.
With the signing of the HandInCap Charter in France in 2018, Consort has strengthened its efforts to integrate, support and keep people with disabilities in employment, while raising awareness of these crucial issues among its teams.
A week full of initiatives
From November 18 to 22, 2024, all Consort employees in France were mobilized around numerous events and activities, whether they are convivial, sportive or informative.
– Webinars to help you better understand the challenges of disability in the workplace.
– Face-to-face and remote awareness-raising sessions, with adapted teaching tools.
– Interactive quizzes, encouraging learning in a fun way.
– Video testimonials, giving a voice to those who experience, question or support disability.
– Solidarity breakfasts, organized with partners such as Café Joyeux.
– Inter-company competition, highlighting sport as a vehicle for inclusion.
– Dedicated web page, featuring information, resources and engaging content.
Each initiative has helped to create sincere exchanges, tear down prejudice and promote the inspiring career paths of disabled employees, in a way that is adapted to each environment.

Why is this mobilization essential?
🟢 To inform and raise awareness of the realities of disability.
🟢 To question our preconceptions and go beyond clichés.
🟢 To talk, listen and find concrete solutions.
🟢 To take action and build a truly inclusive work environment.
At Consort, we believe that every action, no matter how small it is, takes part in moving the lines. Together, let’s keep on working towards a more inclusive society.
Assessment and outlook: a long-term commitment
While this week has been marked by strong mobilization, Consort has no intention of stopping there. Disability remains a central issue to be addressed on a daily basis. These events are intended to be repeated, to evolve and develop internationally, with actions adapted to the needs of the Group’s employees and partners.
