We are proud to announce the renewal of our ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 20000-1 (IT services management) and ISO 27001 (information security management) registration. This renewal shows our ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, safety and sustainable development in all our activities.
A long-term commitment
Consort’s first registration process dates back to 2007, with quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) registration. In 2015, AFNOR certified our service management system (ISO 20000-1), followed in 2016 by our information security management system (ISO 27001).
A global approach to our Quality and Security commitments
Our practices emphasize proximity to each of our customers. In parallel, we offer comprehensive services. Consort Group commits all its sites in France and abroad to its Integrated Management System (IMS).
Our strong practices to work for our customers’ projects
We implement rigorous processes and high-performance tools to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Our key strengths include :
-
Tracking and automation in project management
Thanks to our integrated system, the tracking of our operations is automated, ensuring complete visibility of the project lifecycle. This transparency promotes efficient information sharing and smooth management of key milestones.
-
Governance bodies and innovation committees
Our integrated customer and project monitoring bodies enable us to proactively manage risks, safety and customer satisfaction, while opening the way for innovation committees, which generate high value-added proposals.
-
Technical leadership thanks to our Practice Leaders
Our Practice Leaders play a key role in skills development, innovation (Green IT, digital accessibility) and customer support. Their expertise guarantees suitable answers to technological and environmental issues.
-
Secure and resilient IT infrastructures
We use advanced solutions such as SentinelOne, Palo Alto, MFA and encryption techniques to ensure a high level of security and operational resilience, backed up by detailed BIA (Business Impact Analysis).
-
A sustainable and responsible approach
Our initiatives include implementing a digital lifecycle analysis, running workshops such as the Fresque du Numérique and developing responsible purchasing criteria. Moreover, our in-house carbon calculator enables us to measure the impact of on-site services, a valuable tool for our customers committed to reducing their ecological footprint.
-
Full compliance with standards
We guarantee full coverage of ISO 27001:2022 requirements, based on ISO 27002 recommendations.
An integrated system to go further
Consort Group has chosen to implement an integrated management system (IMS) so that its processes take into account all the dimensions of its QSE commitments.
A forward-looking approach
Our IS transformation roadmap, built around a comprehensive mapping of IT and business systems, enables us to anticipate tomorrow’s needs while remaining aligned with industry best practices.
Together with our customers and partners, we will go on building innovative, secure and sustainable solutions, consolidating our position as a trusted player.
