The data processing concerns :

• Any person wishing to obtain information or make requests addressed to Consort Group or one of its subsidiaries.
• Candidates applying for a position within Consort Group or one of its subsidiaries.

• Contact (contact form): Processing of the content transmitted to answer the questions / requests of our interlocutors having chosen this mode of communication
• Recruitment (unsolicited application form and application for a job vacancy): analysis of the profiles proposed by candidates through their CVs for subsequent contact by our recruitment officers.

The legal basis for this collection is the consent of the person to the collection of his/her personal data.

The recipients of all or part of the data are employees of Consort Group or its subsidiaries:

• The staff of the Communication Department and the staff directly concerned by any question or remark transmitted through the contact questionnaire,
• Staff involved in the recruitment process for what concerns the forms of spontaneous application and application linked to a position to be filled.

Thus, your personal data may be communicated exclusively to certain departments of the data controller or its directly or indirectly owned subsidiaries, as well as to certain partners, independent distributors or subcontractors for analysis and survey purposes.

Consort Group or its subsidiaries do not transfer personal data outside the European Union in the context of the Sites’ activities except:

• Within the framework of the recruitment process, where applications may be processed from time to time by the recruitment officers, employees of our subsidiary based in Morocco
• During a contact request where responses may be processed by our subsidiaries based in Switzerland or Morocco.

These transfers are made in accordance with legal requirements.

You agree that by sending us personal data from the Sites, we may process them in an automated way and keep them for the time necessary for their processing.

Your personal data will not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with the purposes described above or under the collection forms. They are only kept for the time necessary to achieve these purposes.

Without a request from you, data from recruitment forms (unsolicited application and application linked to a job vacancy) will be automatically deleted from the database of the Websites and from our internal recruitment management tools after 24 months.

Data from the contact form is systematically destroyed as soon as the request is processed.

To exercise your right of access, limitation, deletion and rectification and to access any personal data concerning you that may appear in the files of CONSORT Group or one of its subsidiaries, please contact the Data Protection Officer.
