A new agile ritual : “The 4 amigos »

We are delighted to present the promising directions taken by our recent pilot project to deploy an agentic architecture at one of our strategic customers, combining technological expertise, agile methodologies & eco-responsibility.

The aim of the project was to introduce AI as a central player in the design of functional and non-functional test cases.

Measured impact - Increased efficiency

By automating and coordinating processes, the team can focus on high value-added tasks.

Eco-responsability - Precise token management

Attention to the consumption of Tokens in exchanges between agents and AI modules minimize computational load and carbon footprint.

Code quality and security - Prompt optimization and Python code

Development in Python is subject to systematic code reviews, unit testing and rigorous compliance with good security practices.

Thanks to agentic architecture and AI integration, the test design phase (ISTQB®) is greatly optimized :

  • Intelligent automation: test scenario generation and preliminary execution are partially automated, considerably reducing design time.
  • Proactive detection of anomalies: AI is able to signal potential quality problems originating from US in real time, even before the development phase. (according to INVEST criteria)

The « 4 amigos » agile ritual

To fully integrate AI at the heart of exchanges between teams, we have introduced a new Agile ritual, called the “4 amigos”:

The 3 amigos (The Developer, the QA / Tester & the Product Owner / Business) now have a 4th Amigos: The Agentic Architecture. The 4th Amigo takes a critical look at the quality of US, suggests optimizations and generates recommendations.

This practice strengthens collaboration between stakeholders, enables faster decision-making and improves the quality of delivered functionalities.

Major step forward in digital and sustainable transformation

This pilot project represents a major step forward in the digital and responsible transformation of our customers.

We look forward to rolling out these advances on a larger scale, and sharing further inspiring success stories, to shape a technological future that serves performance, environment and safety.
