Challenges

To support the management of requests for security expertise, to participate in committees requiring security expertise (expert committees, meetings and committees for examining subjects and projects, validation and even decision-making committees and meetings), and to contribute to the development of the processes for handling the various activities.

 

Outsourced service centre on a secure site

We have set up a secure outsourced service centre, as an extension of the client network, and governed by the group’s internal characteristics and processes.

The management of the team of expert consultants is organised around constantly evolving service catalogues (in continuous improvement mode), with Units of Work defined according to the characteristics of the missions to be carried out. The approach implemented allows for the optimisation of processing times and the improvement of the performance and productivity of the consultants.

Operation of the PRADEO MTD solution

Mobile Device Protection Service

  • Processing of detections based on the MTD PRADEO solution
  • Supplier relationship
  • Receipts on the PREPROD / IQ environment of the platform and the mobile app agent before passing to PROD of the updates of the platform / agent, audit of the solution
  • Follow-up of whitelisted/blacklisted applications to be blocked or prohibited on mobile devices due to non-compliance with the client’s PSSI
  • Monitoring of incidents/anomalies/reports via the Salesforce tool with a weekly follow-up
  • Compliance of the solution with the customer’s requirements
  • Requests, management and testing of evolutions,
  • Contribution to the interconnection of the MTD solution to the client’s IS

Administration and support

Mobile Device Protection Service (continued)

  • Contribution to the translation of the PSSI into the security policies (Internal, Reinforced, Confidential) used for the classification of alerts sent by the mobile agent to the platform
  • Technological monitoring of the technical possibilities for MTD tools, test book, evaluation grid for solutions in exchange with the publishers
  • Raising user awareness of the use of the solution and good security practices
  • Demonstration of attacks on mobile devices based on a model presented at a trade fair
  • Holding a stand at the client’s cybersecurity plenary sessions
  • Presentation of webinars

EMM securtiy expertise

Security expertise on EMM solutions

  • Contribution to the RUN of the Workspace One solution in connection with the CCN-Mobility
  • Proposals for application (appconfig) or user group (OG) security settings
  • Receipts on PREPROD / IQ configuration environment (appconfig, EMM restrictions settings according to OG…) EMM before going to PROD
  • Follow-up of common subjects between SOC and CCN-Mobility
  • Participation in the Intune design project: contribution to security vision in conjunction with CWS
  • Elaboration of security requirements
  • Participation in exchanges with the solution publisher
  • Proposals for security settings (MCAS, MAM, Appconfig, etc.)
  • Interconnection test with the MTD solution, MTD solution recipes

Expertise in securing mobile OS

  • Study of the hardware and the specific security features offered by the suppliers, exchanges with the editors
  • Elaboration of the security policy to be applied to devices handling sensitive data through “usage” workshops
  • Risk analyses, definition of monitoring scenarios for sensitive solutions.
  • Participation in workshops with the publisher, proposals for changes, representation of the security requirements of the client’s ISP
