Wishing to set up a trusted partner for its first outsourcing and to ensure complete control of all its systems, this specialized distribution group chose a hybrid outsourcing model covering: supervision of equipment, servers, services, management of alerts and incidents from end to end, as well as implementation and monitoring of production.

Consort France provides supervision services to guarantee high availability of the e-commerce site, the stores, the central sites and the logistics platforms. The operational system put in place offers many advantages appreciated by the client: attentive listening, facilitation of end-to-end processing, federation of client and Consort Group teams, joint work on action plans and continuous improvement, maintenance of team skills and transmission of information.

Finally, we support them in the evolution of their tools and the implementation of a Hypervision system aimed at automating controls, incident resolution and event referencing.

24/7 Supervision

The supervision set up must ensure a permanent service 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The device as well as the organization makes it possible to ensure a continuity of service in association with the balance and the wellbeing of our collaborators.

Automation

Automation must meet the needs of optimization, reliability of service quality, increased agility and budget control.

As a result, we have robotized the management of identified events in order to position our team and the Ops teams on activities with higher added value.

Hypervision

Actions to move towards a Hypervision solution were initiated at the beginning of the partnership. After an inventory was conducted with the key players, an evolution program was defined. A DevOps Consortis team then provided support for the implementation of the Hypervision solution.
